We have an in-house quality system, along with thorough procedures in place throughout every area of our business to ensure our offering is constantly monitored and assessed in order for us to meet and exceed our customers’ needs.
As a family-run business, built on almost a century of family ideals, we believe that the traditional values of customer service are just as important as innovation and corporate responsibility.
We hope this approach shows our current and future customers that we are always striving to exceed their expectations, while allowing us to stand out from the crowd.
To ensure quality, we can also put together a quality system specific to a customer’s requirements, as well as providing a daily/weekly/monthly KPI report. These reports can be customised to highlight the important information for you and your customer, for example job status’, deliveries on time, has paperwork been signed, any damages, any refusals, stock in, stock out etc, allowing transparency and relevant up to date information for all parties.
